About The Role
In 2021, we established a ‘basic’ HR function for our growing team, and this is currently managed by an external consultant supported by an employed part-time HR administrator. We’re now recruiting for a HR Manager, based in our picturesque HQ in East Haddon, North Northants to work with us on our growth and plans, and to support the consolidation of our UK HR activity seamlessly into the BauWatch Group international systems, policies and processes.
With the team set to grow exponentially in the next 12 months, this role will work into the leadership team, supported by our part-time HR Administrator to manage recruitment, induction, training, payroll, benefits, performance management and other aspects of people management. You’ll also work with our international colleagues to ensure a ‘joined-up’ approach across the wider business and to share best practice.
It’s a great time to join the team, and to shape the function from the basic set up that’s currently in place. We want to be accredited as a ‘Great Place To Work’ and you’ll be key in making that happen!
You’ll often be the first point of contact for applicants for new roles, so it’s important that you represent our brand values and work in the ‘BauWatch Way’:
Customer Focus: Every member of the team must understand how their role impacts our customer and therefore our success.
Entrepreneurial: The BauWatch story is defined by opportunity and growth. All of us should feel compelled to play our part in this journey with an entrepreneurial, exploratory and can-do mentality.
Together: At BauWatch, we do things together. We’re team players and appreciate the value and importance of mutual respect. We build on one another, create synergies and celebrate our success together.
